who is clarence?
I’m a gym owner, coach, father, and husband.
Right before the pandemic, I moved from Miami to Rutland, Vermont, and opened the state’s only BJJ academy connected to the Carlson Gracie Jr. lineage. Since then, I’ve introduced more than a thousand people in rural Vermont to grappling.
Teaching and training almost every day is a blessing, but it also means soreness, strains, tight muscles, and long days when I still need to show up.
I made Clarence’s Great Stuff for myself. I wanted a simple, natural balm that worked fast, lasted, and helped me keep coaching, training, and taking care of my family.
